The Serbian is mounting a real challenge to oust Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal from top-ranking slots. And his quest for tennis glory starts at Wimbledon.

Novak Djokovic is on target to soon topple both Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal in the ATP tour world rankings.
He is playing brilliantly and after a solid clay court season, which is still in progress, Djokovic will come into his own on the grass in England and on the hardcourts in the US.
He is too good to be only No.3 in the world and I would go as far to say that he will at least be world No.2 by the end of the year and challenging his rivals for the No.1 spot.
Already winner of the year's first Grand Slam in Australia, Djokovic has been in terrific form, going on to win another huge tournament early in the season, the Masters series event in Indian Wells.

I agree. Novak Djokovic will be No.1 end of 2008. He will win one or two more Gland Slam this year.

You never know in tennis...but Djokovic is keeping the pressure up. It should be a battle between Nadal and Djokovic in the future, depending on health of the both players.

No offence, Chris, but we are watching you posting article after article over such a short amount of time. Re-read your own articles of the last week or two, and ask yourself whether you are being consistent in your hunches, opinions and statements. Perhaps it's just me but you seem to contradict yourself a lot.
Chris, when you say you feel Nadal will not get far at Wimbledon this year, is this based on anything? If so, add that to your article. Otherwise it just sounds like something that is convenient in making your point about Djoko surpassing him. By then, in another article you posted only days ago you said Nadal has a reasonable chance to finish 1st at the end of the year. Being a Nadal fan I actually don't think he will finish 1st, no matter how much I would wish it for him. By the way, there is no way Nadal could finish 1st at the end of the year without, among other things, keeping most of his 700 points from last year Wimby final. So what do you really believe - that he will not go far at Wimbledon or that he has a reasonable chance to end 1st at the end of the year? So pardon me, but even though I am not as optimistic as Bjorn Borg, I'll give more weight to his prediction about Nadal at Wimby this summer (a win) than yours ("I feel he won't go far")... at least until you back it up with something we, the readers you write for, can think about.
